I made up this little poem about candy. Don't ask why. I just did. LOL!
She twirled on the ice so alive and merry
Her frozen nose as red as a cherry
Her eyes sparkled and she wore a dazzling smile
Her creamy blue dress floated behind her like wispy cotton candy
Her midnight-black hair framing her face
She glided effortlessly on the ice, as if she were skating on a pool of whipped cream
Her hair spun up with ribbons of satin
Her angelic face could blind the sun
Her dimples could have been that of a gingerbread man's
Her warm, rich smile was as sweet as frosting
Her skates cut loops in the ice, like a cookie cutter slicing through dough
She was the Princess of sweets
Candy canes made up her throne
Her cape that draped upon her shoulders was made of the finest mirage
The walls of her palace were made up of chocolate
Her shrubs made of sugary gumdrops
Spider webs were licorice
And lollipops hung from trees
